Position: Caregiver punjabi speaking staff required

Position Responsibilities
\* Providing compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.
\* Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
\* Supporting mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
\* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as required.
\* Providing light housekeeping related to client care.
\* Assisting with laundry and linen changes.
\* Providing companionship and emotional support.
\* Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when required.
\* Providing medication reminders according to the client's care plan and company policies.
\* Observing and reporting changes in the client's physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
\* Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.
\* Following infection prevention, safety, privacy, and company policies.
\* Respecting each client's dignity, independence, culture, and personal preferences.
\* Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the care team.
Qualifications & Requirements
\* Previous caregiving or home support experience is an asset.
\* Caregiving training or relevant experience is preferred.
\* Driver license is an asset
\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful.
\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
\* Reliable transportation is an asset and may be required for some assignments.
\*Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance Letter is required.
\* Successful completion of reference checks.
