We are looking to fill a cleaner position at our Blu at Belvedere Apartment Community complex located at 25 Belvedere Pk SE Calgary, AB T2A 0M3. The successful applicant will work alongside our maintenance team playing a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe work environment in this Calgary community. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition contributing to the overall satisfaction of our apartment community setting.

_*Duties*_

* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in our apartment community setting.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
* Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, walls, and furniture throughout the facility.
* Establish a rotation for cleaning while managing workloads by order of importance
* Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

_*Skills*_

* Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
* Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while being able to complete tasks individually.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
