*We are looking for role of clinic Manager and Medical Office Assistant with following requirements*

*1. Clinic Manager*

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic and help build a strong, efficient, and welcoming healthcare environment.

*Qualifications/Experience :*

* Previous experience managing a medical or healthcare office preferred.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of medical billing and electronic medical records (EMR).
* Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
* Professional, approachable, and team-oriented.
* Phlebotomy experience will be of added advantage

*2. Medical Office Assistant (MOA)*

We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized MOA to be the welcoming face of our practice and provide administrative support to our physicians.

*Qualifications/Experience :*

* Medical Office Assistant certification or equivalent experience preferred.
* Experience in a family physician or medical clinic setting is an asset.
* Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Compassionate, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Phlebotomy experience will be of added advantage
