* Lake City Studios, Burnaby BC
* Champion Pet Foods, Acheson AB
* Rogers Place Arena, Edmonton AB
* Vancouver Airport, Vancouver BC
* And many other notable commercial projects across Western Canada.

_Position Overview_
Whitemud Ironworks Limited is seeking experienced Field SMAW Welders for a temporary Calgary-based project. Enjoy local work, home every night, and the opportunity to gain experience with a leading steel fabricator and erector.
_Key Responsibilities_
* Read, understand and follow instruction drawings and weld procedures
* Weld structural and miscellaneous carbon steel using SMAW or FCAW all positions
* Work at heights as required.
_Qualifications_
* Ticketed journeyman or registered apprentice
* Valid CWB SMAW all position ticket preferred
* CWB FCAW all position ticket is an asset
* Minimum 2 years' experience with structural steel projects
* Experience with commercial projects is an asset
* Takes safety as your number one priority
* Reliable and willing to work as a team with others
* Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
