Aaron Machine Shop is seeking a skilled *Journeyman General Machinist* who thrives on variety and independence. We are a true manual job shop—there are no repetitive production runs here. Because we serve a diverse range of customers rather than a single industry, your work will stay interesting, fresh, and recession-resistant. You will handle custom repair, service work, and re-engineering of components using manual lathes and mills. We rely heavily on your day-to-day judgment and value the problem-solving skills a seasoned machinist brings to the floor.

*Qualifications:*

* *Journeyman Machinist Ticket* (Red Seal or equivalent senior manual experience).
* *Manual Machinery Expertise:* Deep competency setting up and operating manual lathes and manual mills.
* *Specialized Assets:* Experience with line boring is highly valued.
