Position Overview:
Redline Property Services provides premier commercial facility maintenance, deep-cleaning turnovers, and site upkeep across Calgary. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Subcontractors to execute high-standard janitorial and property maintenance operations for our commercial clients (including auto shops, B2B offices, and property listings).
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough commercial cleaning, floor care, and facility sanitation according to site checklists.
- Execute move-in/move-out deep turns, commercial lounge/office upkeep, and trash removal.
- Inspect site conditions during shifts and report any facility maintenance issues or structural damage.
- Maintain high security on client sites, ensuring doors, gates, and facilities are properly locked upon completion.
- Complete work independently and efficiently within scheduled client windows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or property maintenance.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality checklists.
- Must operate as an Independent Subcontractor (possess valid ID and reliable personal transportation).
- Physical ability to perform active cleaning and facility maintenance tasks.
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
