Sales Associate

*Job Summary*

As a Sales Associate at Aldo Crossiron Mills Alberta , you’ll help customers find suitable products, explain features, and complete purchases. You’ll support a welcoming, organized sales floor and contribute to a smooth shopping experience.

*Duties*

* Greet customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide attentive customer service in English; communicate bilingually or multilingually when able.
* Present products, conduct demonstrations, and explain technology features clearly; recommend relevant options and use thoughtful upselling.
* Operate POS systems, process payments, handle cash, and complete cashiering tasks accurately using basic math.
* Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, manage time effectively, and use professional phone etiquette.
* Your impact: Clear product guidance helps customers make informed choices and supports colleagues with consistent service.

*Qualifications*

Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, accurate cash handling, POS skills, organization, and time management support daily sales and checkout duties. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales and product demos, is helpful; bilingual or multilingual abilities, merchandising skills, and confident phone etiquette are additional strengths.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
