Sales Manager

*Overview*

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our customer base within the custom plastic parts industry. This position supports our *Injection Moulding *division. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across custom manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding and track record in B2B sales within manufacturing.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

_Sales Strategy & Growth_

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities to grow our company
* Find new clientele
* Analyze market trends and activities
* Build and maintain strong employees, and outside customer relationships
* Negotiating contracts, pricing, and agreements
* Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability

_Technical Sales & Product Knowledge_

* Collaborate with production and engineering teams
* Proposals and solutions to all customer concerns
* Provide guidance on material selection and design

_Team Leadership & Collaboration_

* Coach, develop and lead sales team
* Work closely with multiple sectors such as operations, engineering and customer service teams

_Reporting & Forecasting_

* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting
* Track and manage KPIs
* Provide regular reports for senior leadership
* Other tasks as required

*Compensation*

Base-salary starting at $50,000 annually, with additional earnings through a performance-based commission structure.

*Qualifications*

* 5+ years’ experience in sales B2B
* Must have plastic injection experience
* Must be able to travel, and have a vehicle
* Must be comfortable with cold calling
