Site Carpenter

We are looking for someone passionate about home building! We are wanting to fill this position with someone who is excited to help build and be apart of a terrific team. The individual will complete any tasks needed to help assist trades in completing their work as well as taking on large scopes of work themselves. In addition to this, we are looking for someone that can take on managing and completing warranty tasks. This is not a site supervisor role. We are not looking for someone interested in that role. We want applicants that are simply interested in working on the tools and taking care of the physical tasks around the jobsite.

Skills needed;

* Framing and carpentry
* Works well on a team
* Can complete tasks fully when left alone
* Can communicate effectively and professionally with customers

This individual will be expected to complete jobs around the job site. This includes, but is not limited to;

* Decks, fences, basement developments and back framing
* Job site maintenance and tidying
* Job site deliveries
* Assisting in supervising job sites
* Dealing directly with customers to complete warranty task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
