Store Supervisor - Full time

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on supervisor seeking a steady, long-term position.

*Schedule & Hours*

Four days on, four days off, plus one additional half-day during each four-day off period.

* *Weekdays:* 7 a.m.–8 p.m. — 12 paid hours.
* *Weekends:* 8 a.m.–6 p.m. — 9.5 paid hours.
* *Half-day:* 11 a.m.–3 p.m. — 4 paid hours.

Approximately *43 paid hours per week*, averaged over the rotation. Weekday shifts include two unpaid 30-minute breaks; weekend shifts include one. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

*Main Duties*

* Serve customers, answer calls, and process payments.
* Inspect, tag, and enter incoming garment orders.
* Wash, dry, and fold towels, sheets, comforters, and bedding.
* Check quality, package garments, and organize completed orders.
* Coordinate daily tasks, support staff, and meet order deadlines.
* Monitor supplies and keep the store clean and organized.
* Complete end-of-day cash-out and closing duties.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and guide other staff.
* Comfortable standing and handling laundry throughout the shift.

Previous retail, laundry, dry-cleaning, or supervisory experience is an asset.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
