Team Driver

We are seeking a reliable and professional *Driving Team*to handle a dedicated, high-mileage reefer run. This position offers consistent home time, modern equipment, and a guaranteed mileage contract to ensure stable, high-level earnings.
*Position Overview*

* *Route:*Dedicated lane from *Calgary, AB to Texas (Round Trip)*.
* *Equipment:* *Freightliner Cascadia*(well-maintained, fully equipped).
* *Trailer Type:*Temperature-controlled (*Reefer*).
* *Schedule:*Consistent dedicated dispatch.

*Compensation & Hours*

* *Pay Rate:* *$0.60 per mile*(Split).
* *Guaranteed Volume:* *22,000 miles per month*guaranteed.
* *Earning Potential:*Stable, predictable monthly income based on a high-mileage commitment.

*Requirements*

* *Documentation:*Must possess a valid *U.S. Visa*(B1/B2) or be a Canadian Citizen with FAST approval to cross the border.
* *Experience:*Previous experience hauling reefer loads and navigating mountain passes/long-haul US routes is an asset.
* *Safety:*Clean abstract and CVOR; commitment to ELD compliance and safety regulations.
* *Professionalism:*Strong communication skills for border crossings and receiver interactions.
