Temporary and Part Time Registered Dental Hygienists for Cochrane Clinic

Cochrane family dental practice is looking for compassionate and experienced long term Temporary Dental Hygienists to help treat our patients with care. We are looking for hygienists that are up to date, passionate about your field with good communication skills, experience with a wide variety of patients young and elderly, and efficient time management As a Dental Hygienist, you should be able to educate, connect and build trust with patients of all ages. You should have deep knowledge of relevant health and safety rules and a good eye for oral diseases and anomalies. If you have a gentle hand and great chairside manner, we’d like to meet you to help out at our beautiful modern clinic.

Looking for availability for full shifts (7-8 hours), and flexible split shifts (4-5 hours),

day shifts: 9-5pm,

evening shifts: 11-7, 12-8

Saturdays: ( 9-3pm)

*Skills*

* Experience as Dental Hygienist
* experience with cavitron and piezo ultrasonics.
* Ability to work gently
* Ability to work on a variety of patients
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations (e.g. oncological awareness)
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Local Anesthetic is preferred
* Great time management skills



Ability to commute/relocate:
* Cochrane, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
* Dental Hygienist License (preferred)

Work Location: In person
