Warehouse & Ecommerce Fulfilment Associate

Alberta Boot Company has spent nearly 50 years crafting Western boots in Canada and serving customers nationally. As we grow our ecommerce business, strengthen our retail presence, and expand into new markets, we're building the team that will support the next stage of our growth.

In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring e-commerce and other customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, especially picking, packing, shipping, and returns. You’ll also help with day-to-day warehouse activities as assigned, including receiving, labelling, storage, stock movements, inventory counts, and housekeeping.

*What You’ll Do: *

* *Picking and packing: *Pick, check, and pack e-commerce and other customer orders accurately and on time, following approved procedures and the priorities set by the Warehouse Operations Lead.
* *Shipping: *Prepare shipping labels and documents, and record dispatch and tracking details accurately.
* *Returns: *Receive, inspect, and restock returns, and set aside damaged items for review.
* *Receiving and inventory: *Help unload and check incoming stock, label and put it away, complete system transactions, and take part in inventory counts.
* *Safety and housekeeping: *Keep work areas clean and organized, follow safety procedures, use handling equipment only when trained and authorized, and report hazards or incidents.
* *Teamwork: *Support colleagues, flag delays or issues promptly, and share ideas to improve accuracy and workflow.

*What You Bring: *

* At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce fulfilment or warehouse work (picking, packing, shipping).
* Strong attention to detail with products, quantities, and shipping information.
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn order and inventory systems. Shopify or ERP/WMS experience is an asset.
* Organized, reliable, and team-focused, with the ability to meet shipping deadlines and do physical warehouse work safely.
