*Duties*

* Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following established recipes and safety guidelines
* Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
* Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas
* Assist with food handling tasks, including stocking supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
* Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales

*Qualifications*

* Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the industry standards
* Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory counts
* Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
* Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
