City Dancewear is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team, driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
* Lead, motivate, train and develop a high-performing retail team.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
* Drive sales performance and achieve store sales targets.
* Manage inventory, merchandising and stock replenishment.
* Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store organization.
* Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
* Support promotional initiatives, events, and marketing activities.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.
